SALT Imbizo November 2019: Change agent training in KZN
A key part of SALT Alliance's mandate is to equip change agents in the work they are doing in their communities. This ranges from agriculture, capacitating women, providing healthcare, HIV and TB prevention, health education, after school programmes, working with youth, to stimulating job creation and employment.
SALT meets at least once a year to address specific topics around one of these areas, as well as invest in leadership, character development, accountability and sharing of information.
The 2019 imbizo focused on working with young men and young women to address challenges they face. Read more
In 2020 our focus has been on capacitating SALT members as they responded to the COVID-19 pandemic in South Africa.
